We’re here to bring reclaimed woods from around the world to Portland’s awesome Inner Eastside and into the vibrant homes of our friends and neighbors.
We love it here.
We love Portland to its sassy, progressive core. We love its maker ideology. Its growing pains. Its creative streak. Its environmental enlightenment. Its place in the world. We love its great food.
So we’re excited to join Portland’s thriving business community with a simple mission: We’re here to bring reclaimed woods from around the world to Portland’s awesome Inner Eastside and into the vibrant homes of our friends and neighbors.
Reclaimed wood. It’s a turn of phrase that gets a nod in Portland. As it should. It’s gorgeous stuff. We get excited when we see the dense grain of old wood ready for a second act. We’re all about the weathered patina of venerable boards.
But in addition to finding reclaimed wood from the waste stream, wood in our showroom is harvested from submerged forests and salvaged from agricultural uses. Miles of fence line has been beautifully rehabilitated. Scores of freight cars have hauled their load with the help of what is now stately flooring.
The result is a collection of woods and finishes that might surprise you. Our color repertoire spans from frosty greys to warm golds to dark chocolate browns. We have rough-hewn character for miles, but also more refined looks.
Our inventory benefits from the fact that TerraMai, our parent company, spent the last couple of decades diversifying its supply chain and finding reclaimed wood from across the country and around the world. We’re the first to capture some of what they’ve been doing in a retail setting.
We hope you’ll come check us out.
